Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account or using aimusicmaker.lol (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use the Service.

2. What the Service does

The Service turns a written prompt or lyrics you provide into generated music, including vocals, instruments, a mixed master and separated stems. Generated audio is produced by machine learning models rather than performed by studio musicians.

Renders are produced on request and delivered in the formats offered in the studio, currently MP3 and WAV.

3. Your account

Accounts are created with Google sign-in. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access to your Google account secure.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the Service, infringe the rights of others, or breach these terms.

4. Prompts, lyrics and rights

You keep ownership of the prompts and lyrics you submit. You confirm that you have the rights needed to use everything you upload or type into the Service.

• Only submit lyrics, melodies or recordings you wrote or are licensed to use.
• Do not ask the Service to imitate a named artist, band or real person, or to reproduce a copyrighted recording.
• Do not use generated music to impersonate an artist, imply an endorsement that does not exist, or mislead listeners about who made a track.
• Label synthetic audio where the platform you publish on, or the law where your audience is, requires it.

5. Your songs and our licence

You keep the rights you hold in the tracks you generate. You grant us the limited licence required to host your projects, render your songs, and keep backups for as long as your account is active.

Paid plans include a commercial licence to the renders you generate while the plan is active, including use on streaming platforms, in video, and in client work.

You are responsible for clearing any third-party material you bring into a project, and for the way you release or monetise the result.

6. Subscriptions, credits and billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe, monthly or yearly, and renew automatically until cancelled. Renders consume credits according to the length and type of the song.

You can cancel at any time from your billing settings; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.

We may change plan prices or credit costs with notice before your next renewal.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to break the law, infringe intellectual property, generate hateful or harassing content, or build datasets by scraping rendered output.

• No resale of the Service itself, or of access to the models behind it.
• No attempts to bypass credit accounting, rate limits, or plan restrictions.
• No uploading of malware, unlawful material, or content that sexualises minors.

8. Availability and changes

The Service is provided on an as-is basis and may change, including model updates, feature changes, and temporary downtime for maintenance. We are not liable for interruptions outside our reasonable control.

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page with a new effective date.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Generated audio may resemble existing works by coincidence; you are responsible for checking before release.

Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
