1. Scope of this policy

This Privacy Policy explains how aimusicmaker.lol ("we", "us") handles personal data when you visit the site, sign in, generate music, or subscribe to a paid plan.

It does not cover third-party services you reach through the Service, such as Google, Stripe, or the platforms you publish your songs on. Those services have their own privacy policies.

2. Data we collect

We keep data collection to what is needed to run the Service, secure accounts and bill subscriptions.

• Account data: your name, email address, profile picture and Google account identifier, received when you sign in with Google.
• Content data: the prompts, lyrics, style selections and settings you submit, plus the audio renders, takes and stems generated from them.
• Billing data: your plan, subscription status, credit balance and invoice history. Card details are entered on Stripe and never reach our servers.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and device information, and log entries needed for security, abuse prevention and debugging.
• Support data: the contents of messages you send to support@aimusicmaker.lol.

3. How we use your data

We use your data to create and secure your account, render the songs you request, keep your projects available across sessions, meter credits, process payments, prevent abuse, and provide support.

We also use aggregated, non-identifying statistics to understand which features are used so we can improve the Service.

4. Legal bases

Where the GDPR or similar laws apply, we rely on contract performance to deliver the Service you requested, legitimate interests for security, fraud prevention and product improvement, your consent where we ask for it, and legal obligation for tax and accounting records.

5. Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with processors that help us operate the Service, and only as far as needed.

• Google for authentication.
• Stripe for payment processing, subscriptions and invoices.
• Cloud hosting, database and email providers that store data or send transactional messages on our behalf.
• Authorities, where we are legally required to disclose information or need to protect our rights and users.

6. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to protect forms against cross-site request forgery. Stripe may set its own cookies while you complete checkout.

The site does not rely on advertising cookies. You can clear or block cookies in your browser, but signing in and paying will not work without the necessary ones.

7. Retention

Account data is kept while your account is open. Projects, prompts and renders stay available until you delete them or close your account.

When you delete your account we remove your personal data and renders within 30 days, except where we must keep records for tax, accounting, dispute or legal reasons. Aggregated statistics that cannot identify you may be kept longer.

8. Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored on access-controlled infrastructure. Passwords are never stored because sign-in happens through Google.

No online service can promise absolute security. If a breach affects your data, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by law.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw consent you previously gave.

You can manage most of this from your account settings, or email support@aimusicmaker.lol and we will respond within the timeframe the applicable law requires. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

10. International transfers and children

Our providers may process data in countries other than yours. Where required, transfers rely on standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard.

The Service is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes and contact

We may update this policy as the Service evolves. Material changes are announced on this page with a new effective date.
